Feng Shui teaches that the areas we interact with every day can be a tool for supporting our wants and needs. Tracy works both one-on-one and with groups to improve digital wellness in the home, office, and other personal spaces. holistic healing background emphasizes evidence-based wellness research and practices. She trained with the International Feng Shui School in 2017, is a 200hour RYT with Yoga Alliance, and studied extensively with the UCSB Center for Mindfulness and Human Potential. As one of the first members of the Digital Wellness Collective, a contributor at the first Digital Wellness Summit, and co-author for the first Digital Wellness Tool Kit, Tracy is committed to advancing digital wellness. Especially during shelter-in-place, where the virtual has become vital. Tracy is writing articles about how to handle this new reality, providing virtual consultations, and speaking about balancing the positive effect of technology while protecting from the overwhelm of an increasingly digital world.
